Hannah

I got to babysit Hannah for about 2 hours one day. This is how much fun we had...

This is the first thing she found. This cute little pink backpack. I tried to help her put it on...she wasn't having that. Did she take it off? For a few minutes, then it was right back on.

It was around Christmastime and my mom had this toilet-seat cover. You push a button and it lit up. We turned the light off and she watched it in awe. It was darling.

Hannah was jumping from the side of the beanbag...

To the middle and LOVING it.

After all of this, she would lay in the beanbag and say "ok, I'm dead, and you're the good Samaritan. You have to heal me." And she'd close her eyes. Then she'd say "you have to take me to the Inn." So I took her to the couch and made sure she was all better. Then she'd chase me and growl. It was totally random and funny and so much fun!!

I'm just thinking...

(I just wanted to throw my thoughts out into the world...sorry, no pictures)
All night I've been studying. That's an understatement, all DAY. And sometimes when that happens I get to thinking about how hard my life is. I mean, I work so hard everyday and I'm still a little peon...to everyone.
Then tonight, when I was having a pity party in my head, I realized how that is so the opposite of my life! I am blessed to go to college and earn a degree that will actually earn me some pretty good money. I have food that I can eat whenever I'm hungry. I have the best family in the world (including in-laws thank you very much!). I have a husband who supports me in everything I do and I know how much he loves me...all the time. He is my best friend and it is such a blessing knowing that I get to be with him for eternity. My life is this wonderful, terrible, beautiful thing that I get to enjoy and learn from every single day.
And why? Because Christ came to this earth over 2000 years ago to suffer and die for me. He did, and I feel His love in every blessing I receive and every trial I go through.
Seriously...my life is good.

Temple Square #3

On December 16, Braden's birthday, we went to the sports box up at the Gateway mall then to temple square. It was cold, but fun to spend time with the family.

I know the next two pictures are practically the same, but humor me. Here we are at the Gateway and there was this huge tree that kept changing colors, it was awesome.

Temple Square. The temple was gorgeous, as were the couple of trees that they actually had decorated. There were some parts that were cool, but I remember EVERY tree being decked out when I was little. It's a little disappointing, but I just tell myself that they are saving energy to save the earth and it makes me feel better.

The whole fam in temple square. We're slowly but surely growing!!

Temple Square #2

The young men and women went to temple square to celebrate the birth of Christ. These are some of my favorite people. Leaders and girls. They are all amazing and we had a bunch of fun.

Beehives. Can you tell?

Paisely and Zoe. I've never seen a girl be more cute to her sister.

Helen, Kelsie, Sarah, and...Kelsie!!

Bridgette and Andrew. Love these two.

Our Tree

I loved life while it was up. Oh wait...still love life. (It just seemed to be more full with a decorated tree in the living room.

Girls Just Want To Have Fun

My little sister had a Christmas party and we just happened to be partying there. We had so much fun with her and her friends, so thanks to her for letting us play.

Mallory's Christmas outfit. Isn't she hot?

We played the right left game and, of course, my dad made it way more interesting. I got a thong. In a group of 14 year olds. What is this world coming to? There was an autographed picture of Sammi, socks filled with the most random things ever...etc.

This is what Braden won. Welcome to my family.

We also made sugar cookies. There were some pretty creative ones and we had a blast making them. I made a mom with a little snowbaby. Scott made the scene from Calvin and Hobbes. It was actually pretty awesome.
